2b Do you have a different working definition of advocacy than the one we offer here?

I would say we do - although we have no formal definition. Advocacy would include legislative activities

2c Projects? Of the projects that your organization participates in, which are related to digital networking?

ARTSEDGE - ALL

2d Partners? If you collaborate with partners in any networking advocacy activity, who are they?

Too numerous to mention all - but most important are the NEA, Department of Education, Kennedy Center, KCAlliance for Arts in Education.

2e Measure Success? How do you measure the success of your networking advocacy projects?

Hits on our pages for advocacy, anecdotal accounts, especially on our listserv.

2f Target? Besides NINCH members, what groups should NINCH target for advocacy?

Not sure I understand the question Target how

3 Needs?

I believe our biggest obstacle here is understanding the concept of networking. Rather than support for individual programs, more support is needed for getting people involved.
